Seth is a native Oklahoman who grew up in Midwest City. He graduated from Rogers State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Military History. He then attended the Oklahoma City University School of Law, finishing his Juris Doctor with a certificate in public law in 2019.

After graduating law school, Seth litigated cases at a prominent Oklahoma City law firm before moving to Washington, D.C. to work in healthcare regulatory law and policy. At Rodolf & Todd, Seth practices civil litigation of all types while focusing his work on the defense of health systems, healthcare providers, and product manufacturers in the aviation industry.
