Austin graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He completed law school at Saint Louis University School of Law in May 2021. While in law school, Austin received Academic Excellence Awards for the highest grade in Legal Research and Writing II and Estate Planning. He also clerked for a federal judge in the Eastern District of Missouri, served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing, and was a Staff Editor on the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law and Policy. Austin clerked for two summers at Rodolf & Todd while in law school and has been an Associate with the firm since September 2021. Austin has significant experience in all stages of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and discovery, trial preparation, and trial. Austin is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, the Chickasaw Nation, and the Northern, Eastern and Western Federal District Courts for Oklahoma.
